Ligonier Valley Learning Center, Inc. is a non-profit human service agency that has been in operation for over 20 years. Programs and services provided by LVLC include educational childcare, outpatient counseling and behavioral health services for children. LVLC also operates the Connections Store in Ligonier which is a unique specialty store.
